Motherhood Coaching

The motherhood coaching program is designed to provide resources and support systems for mothers in the workplace. The programs are focused on supporting different aspects of a working mothers life, including personal and professional development, career advancement, and work-life balance.

The programs range in a variety of offerings and may include presentations, workshops, panel discussions, and interactive activities. The discussions provide opportunities for networking and connecting with other working mothers.

These offerings are valuable resources for women who are juggling the demands of work and motherhood by providing the knowledge, skills, and support needed to thrive in both areas of a working mother's life. 

Reintegration Program

This is a formal coaching program designed for providing support to employees before, during, and after parental leave. The program starts with an initial coaching session for the employee and manager before the leave starts followed by support while on leave and coaching when returning back to the workplace. This program is an essential opportunity for employers to invest in their employees career progression and well-being.
